 Nathan John Feuerstein was born March 30, 1991. His initials NF (stylized IF) are an American rapper, singer and songwriter. The artist has released two EPs: I'm Free (2012),[3] and an EP with a self-titled title in 2014 with Capitol CMG. His first major-label album, Mansion, was released on March 31, 2015. The second studio album, Therapy Session (April 22 and 23, 2016), peaked at number 12 for the US Billboard 200. His albums have received numerous distinctions, including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF reached mainstream popularity with Perception in 2017. The album peaked on the charts in the United States at number one and was certified platinum. "Let You Fall" reached number twelve. Billboard Hot 100 reached number one in the US and was also a top-ten worldwide hit. Similar commercial success was achieved with The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that the rap genre was his escape from the world in his early years. Feuerstein would record songs on the karaoke machine. He recorded instrumentals as well as raps on one microphone. Feuerstein released Moments, his first studio album, on his own on November 29, 2010. The first single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith was the songwriter and the producer of the track. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and became interested in his music. The first extended version of his I'm Free came out on May 2 in 2012 by Feuerstein, with the production help of Profitt. The album's tracklist included nine tracks, which included "Alone". The EP also included the exclusive version of "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist revealed that NF was coming out, but Feuerstein quit the label over a dispute. NF production was postponed. NF featured a track, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams on the compilation album of the label, Move Vol 1 On November 4 2013 he released the single "Beautiful Addiction", which came out on the 4th of November. Profitt once more appeared in the song. Also, Danielle Swift sang.
